I bought two of the these for their reasonable price and great reviews. I did find the drones very easy to use right out of the box, much better than my last experience. I had a problem with one of my drones where it got away from me. I’m honestly not sure what exactly happened but it could be a combination of user error, weather, etc. I reached out to see if the company could help me find where the drone went down. The logs actually have the coordinates but they did one even better and agreed to send a new drone and battery replacement! Truly amazing customer service.
Nice good easy flying drone, email the service people are pretty easy to get along with and help full with any issue. Camera on it awesome. Allen awesome to work with.
not as advertised, in accurate telemetry, (10 ' off the ground it says you're at 60') battery's take 4 hours + to charge... not worth the $$$ & Hassel
This is a revised, more accurate review. I left a 2 star review originally, because I had/have problems with both battery lock/release tabs. Both are not staying together. One, before I ever used it, the other the first time I took it out of the drone. One has a broken plastic tab, and the spring popped out, the other was not locked in after the second short flight. Maybe I got defective batteries? I made 2 short flights and surprisingly the battery stills is full. The remote seems to use more battery than the drone. I said it had bad camera quality in the first review. It is possible looking back maybe the lens was fogged up going from air conditioning to Florida humidity, because the flight image was beautiful the second flight. Also, the gimble may have been stuck from shipping or putting that camera protector back on. That's tough to get on. But, during the second flight, after a minute or so, it moved by itself & has been fine since. I also said it was wobbly in flight. Well, I'm not a rookie, but the first flight was at night & short. So being in a hurry I didn't wait long enough for a good satellite connection. The second flight it flew great in breezy conditions. It was only about 1/4 mile flight, but great signal & quickly 20 plus satellites. It's seems heavier in my hands than it's listed at. Maybe the listed weight is without a battery. But it's nice and solid & the carbon Fibre actually looks pretty cool in the sun. I don't leave many reviews on anything I buy. I left a 2 star review out of frustration over the batteries & didn't give the drone itself enough time to see what the issues were. I apologize to whoever Allen is and anybody else working for this company. I'd easily give it 5 stars if it weren't for the battery lock/release clips. I haven't played with the camera much, so I'm not sure how much control you have over it, but just on default the flight image on the screen was very good and pics looked really good also. So I'm sure you can get amazing images out of this without much effort. Also, the brief night time images I saw after camera fixed itself looked really good.
I am very happy with this drone and as well the customer service. It fly's very well and it does have some transmission delays but nothing that i would look down on as a beginner i am very pleased with this as i can go through out my entire neighborhood and as high as the clouds. The customer service is amazing. I strongly suggest this drone and company. you will be disappointed.
