LNNKINE Drone with Camera Review: A Fun and Feature-Packed Flying Experience
The LNNKINE Drone with Camera is a versatile and beginner-friendly drone designed for both kids and adults. Packed with features like a 1080P HD front camera, brushless motor, one-key takeoff/landing, 360-degree flips, and gravity control, this drone promises an exciting and immersive flying experience. With its foldable design, dual batteries, and lightweight build, it’s perfect for travel, outdoor adventures, or casual flying. But does it live up to the hype? Let’s dive into the details based on real customer experiences.
Pros and Cons: What Customers Are Saying
Quality and Performance
Many users praised the drone’s stability and responsiveness, even in slightly windy conditions. One reviewer mentioned, “The controls are responsive, and the drone stays super stable even in windy conditions.” The brushless motor ensures a quieter and smoother flight, making it ideal for capturing high-quality aerial footage.
However, some users noted that the camera quality didn’t quite meet their expectations. One customer stated, “The camera quality is poor. Not 1080p IMO. Very grainy.” While the 1080P HD camera is a standout feature, it seems to fall short in delivering consistently sharp and clear images.
Usability and Beginner-Friendliness
The one-key takeoff/landing and altitude hold features make this drone incredibly easy to use, even for beginners. A satisfied customer shared, “It’s super fun and easy to fly—perfect for beginners like me.” The intuitive controls and clear instructions ensure a hassle-free setup and flying experience.
On the flip side, some users found the trim adjustments to be inconsistent. One reviewer mentioned, “After trimming to hover level, then flying around, it won’t maintain a hover, so you're constantly having to adjust trim.” This can be frustrating for those looking for a more hands-off flying experience.
Features and Functionality
The drone’s multiple functions are a major highlight. Features like trajectory flight, gravity control, and 360-degree flips add a fun and interactive element to flying. A happy customer raved, “The 360 flips add a fun twist every time I fly it.”
However, the wind resistance of the drone is a common concern. Several users reported losing control of the drone in windy conditions. One reviewer shared a cautionary tale: “I watched it fly away into the cut corn field behind my neighbors house. Only God knows where it is now.” This highlights the importance of flying in calm weather and open spaces.
Durability and Portability
The foldable design and lightweight build make this drone highly portable and convenient for travel. One user noted, “It’s lightweight, durable, and easy to transport, making it perfect for on-the-go filming or casual flying.”
However, the battery life can be a bit of a letdown. While the dual batteries provide up to 20 minutes of flight time, aggressive maneuvers like flips and high-speed flights can significantly reduce this duration.
Conclusion: Is the LNNKINE Drone Worth It?
The LNNKINE Drone with Camera is a solid choice for beginners and casual users looking for an affordable and feature-packed drone. Its ease of use, fun features, and portability make it a great option for kids, adults, and families. However, the inconsistent camera quality, limited wind resistance, and occasional trim issues may be drawbacks for more experienced users or those seeking professional-grade performance.
Final Verdict: If you’re looking for a budget-friendly drone to kickstart your aerial adventures, the LNNKINE Drone is a fantastic choice. Just be sure to fly it in calm weather and open spaces to avoid any mishaps.

The LNNKINE Drone with Camera is promoted as easy-to-fly, ideal for beginners, and despite my ineptitude, I have to admit that drone flying couldn't get much simpler - even for a 73-year-old. Unboxing, reading the manual and configuring the drone for its first flight took less time than topping off the charge on the two battery packs, although taking more time to get familiar with the controls would have been time well spent. My main smartphone with its 6.5" display and protective case would not quite fit in the control unit's holder, so I used an older Android phone with 6" display, which is still a tight fit. Of course it's possible to fly without the phone, but the video is essential, as will be seen. Flying could probably not be easier with one-button take-off and landing. Steering, however, requires some practice in a wide-open space, as the joystick direction is directly dependent on the direction the front (main camera) is facing. After a brief take-off and landing practice, my first flight plan was to climb to about head height (done with one touch of the proper button), then fly some small circles around the center of the yard, gradually increasing the width and height of the route while building confidence in the joystick controls. The drone is very light, and as specified in the manual, should not be flown outdoors in wind above about 10 mph. With my flight plan in mind and the drone's arms extended and one battery pack installed, I just couldn't wait for the weather, so decided that a 12 mph wind wasn't too much more than 10 mph (bad idea!), and I'd be careful. The take-off and landing practice was uneventful, and the drone seemed able to hold its own position at head height without control input. The 1080p video was gorgeous on the smartphone screen, so I decided to take 'er up to 30 feet and have a look around the yard. I was suddenly reminded that wind speed increases with altitude, as the drone began to drift over the house and out of sight. Fortunately, I hit the snapshot button as soon as it drifted out of sight, and captured the supplied photo before losing sight and hearing of the drone while the wind continued to pick up. From the photo, I should be able to determine the azimuth and height of the drone at that moment. Alas, there are several palm trees at the indicated location, and even two climbers were unable to find the drone when trimming the coconuts. So it must have crash landed quietly in the brush, and I will continue searching. While more elaborate drones have GPS locating functions, at the great price of this drone, obviously more care is necessary to avoid loss. Even so, I am already planning a second effort at my first flight plan, and will wait for calmer winds. This has been a good lesson, and I fully intend to replace the drone with another just like it if I fail to find it.
UPDATE: Vendor offered me a refund, which I gladly accepted..... only problem is after well over a month and multiple attempts they still haven't given the offered refund. Yet another reason to avoid. As a preface I've flown R/C planes for a number of years so I'm plenty capable of controlling this drone. I charged both batteries and loaded the app with no issues. Powered everything on and it connected as it should. Drone took off with no issues so I flew it around for a few minutes to get the hang of it. First thing I noticed it that the trim isn't consistent. After trimming to hover level, then flying around, it won't maintain a hover, so you're constantly having to adjust trim. I also noted that it doesn't have much power at all. Any wind/breeze at all could be a fight to control. Next I swapped the battery and tried to fly it more and a bit further away. I wanted to get a view of my house from the air since I just had a new roof installed so I flew it to probably 30' in the air then flew over the top of my house. Apparently there was a bit more wind up there and the drone started moving away from me. No matter how much input I gave it to return it would not. I even tried going left or right to get it back but it was no use. I then tried to get it to go down but at that point it must have been too far away and lost connection with the remote though I could still easily see it, it was just across the street over my neighbors house. I watched it fly away into the cut corn field behind my neighbors house. Only God knows where it is now because I couldn't find it, and to be honest I would only want it back to return it. In addition the camera quality is poor. Not 1080p IMO. Very grainy. Anyway, 1 star because 0 isn't an option. If you buy I wouldn't fly it outside if there is *ANY* wind. Good luck!
I love this drone with its camera! The 4K video quality is crisp and clear. It’s so easy to control, even for beginners. Smooth flight, and quick response to commands. The battery life is fantastic for longer flights. Great camera with steady shots, thanks to stabilization. The good thing about this also is that very easy to control and the price is best. Best one till now!!
Absolutely thrilled with this drone! We purchased this as a fun activity for the kids do in the desert while we were on vacation. The quality and performance exceeded my expectations in every way. The setup was incredibly easy, and the instructions were clear, even for someone new to drone flying. The controls are responsive, and the drone stays super stable even in windy conditions. Plus, the range is amazing—no lag or dropouts even at long distances. It’s lightweight, durable, and easy to transport, making it perfect for on-the-go filming or casual flying. Overall, this drone is an outstanding value and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to take their aerial photography or flying experience to the next level. Five stars all the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
