At first I was having trouble turning it on but after playing around with that I realize the button you have to push to turn it on you only push it for a second. I was holding it down and that's why it wasn't working as you'll see in my video. But once you get it up in the air it's actually a lot of fun to fly around the house. I also turned on the obstacle avoidance feature which kept it away from the walls for the most part. Each battery probably lasts about five minutes but it comes with two. And they charge pretty quickly using USB. I'd say for a kid to have fun at home it's definitely worth it.

I like this drone in general. This drone is easy to fly and fairly maneuverable. However, the battery life is really short maybe 3 minutes or so. I looked into it but there's no option for an extra battery for purchasing.
